We strive to do our very best to connect with every customer in a friendly and neighborly manner (many of our customers are our neighbors!) while maintaining the professional standard expected of our crews. Diamond prefers climbing and rope rigging techniques over bucket trucks and other large equipment. Our main reason for this is concern for underground utilities such as septic systems and water lines, but also because of the mountainous regions in this area. Another benefit for our customers is without large bucket trucks and/or other heavy equipment our overhead cost is considerably lower, which means lower prices for our customers!!
